Texbanker, BINGO! you are exactly right, from a marketing standpoint, the placement the product, stock in this case, is now very poor in my opinion, who wants to buy a dog that is well known for biting its previous owners, who ever dreamed up this frivolous lawsuit has done much more damage to the stock value and its image, in the eyes of the investing public, than any shorter could ever possible do?
