Nice day today PR and everything. Just got home and getting caught up. Don't remeber the exact date but Berman had to have complied since I believe it was "supposedly" required to be submitted by the end of march/first of april. They wouldn't just allow PR's to be issued after the fact if Berman had done something illegal. IMHO the fact that todays strong PR more than a month past the so called "deadline" to NASD speaks volumes of where the company stands. IN VERY GOOD SHAPE!

I'll build the coffin. Who has the last nail? lol. GLTYA. JMO.
