With 318 times the currency. They will need 318 times the Foreign currency reseves.
Afghanistan currently has about $1.8 billion in currency reserves, that’s nearly twice their $1.1 billion money supply.
Iraq has 318 times more currency, so they would need 318 x $1.8 billion or about $580 billion to support their currency at the same exchange rate, .02, and at the same ratio reserves to currency as Afghanistan.
Iraq currently has about $20 billion.

Revenue wise… Afghanistan has a GDP of about $21 billion, so Iraq would need a GDP of 6.7 TRILLION to match Afghanistan’s .02 exchange rate using that ratio.
