I know I contacted a old friend that lives in the Philippines and am getting him to look into the company locally and see what he can find out also. He said they are listed as a company in the Philippines. but he will dig a little deeper. He said that it might have been a shell company and the new owners of the company bought it so they did not have to do back flips to get on the Pink Sheet. So lets all take a deep breath and pray lol. I will keep you posted on what I find out.
