Matrix...I am not surprised now. By the number of shares out , I already know that I have only facsimiles representing real shares electronicly, but can not have the physical certs sent because they are not there. But the brokerage tells me they are real. So coming up with another untruth, lie, misrepresentation, misdirection, or misunderstanding, or not enough communication wouldn't surprise me at all.
