Hello chipped. I have been developing a similar strategy regarding stocks at and near their 52 week lows.

I have also started a board to post my research on.

If you want a few stocks to watch, I'm looking at FTS right now.

And I also have a list of stocks that are currently going down, but will soon be poised for take off. I buy fundamentally sound companies that are down on their luck due to earnings or other small inconveniences. I avoid tech stocks and stocks without positive earnings.

Some of my past stocks have gained as much as 50%.
