Yes it is the ENGY Colvico. Engy Colvico is the only Spokane based electrical contracter in there area.I am not sure but there might be a contractor named Colvico electric possible this one,

.ENGY Colvico is often mentioned Colvico INC and they have done jobs in the Spokane airfield before.It should be fun to know exactly what was in Colvico when ENGY got involved in Colvico.
Tsunami Communications is one of the company that i suppose did not was part of the deal and that Sanswire purchased some part of,Colvico inc is working in a wide area of expertis

General Contractors; Asphalt Paving; Glazing; Alarms & Control Systems - Fire, Security, Energy Mgmt.; Electrical work - Low Voltage, High Voltage, Interior Circuits, Equipment, Telecommunications and was it only the Electrical work business that was part of the deal i am not sure but if it was the entire Colvico its worth more than 4 Million but some way the deal was in favor for ENGY and i suppose Colvin,but i think Colvin want more out of this.
