Scotch, I believe your assessment is correct. The only problem is we think in terms of large gains and they think in terms of small gains and big volume. So, they are content to keep the stock bouncing around. If we see that to be the case then we either join city hall or suffer. The only thing that will stop them is for the general market to fall in love with this stock and overwhelm the mm's with volume.
