>>My question is, if IDTA sold to company ABC whose stock price is $30, what does the IDTA investor who owns say 5 million shares at .004 have now and what's it worth?>>

It would all depend on the purchase price of IDTA by this
ABC company.

The initial value of the buyer is not important. The crucial
point is at which price the buyer is willing to buy into IDTA.

For the sake of argument, if the company is willing to buy
IDTA for 3 cents a share, your shares will automatically be 3 cents worth.
