I concur with your comments, lack of news, TKO in quiet mode, Mike and Joe have their lips zipped and I presume today and tomorrow will be a bit of a roller coaster.
The good old rumour mill is working overtime and I hear that we should have some form of news out by Friday, I don`t know what it is, but again, I presume it is maybe just a matter of fact statement that AMEX are now happy with TKO`s response to them re the Independent and the new appointment of a highly respected chappie in Paoni, which has been eluded to in Sonnys recent message, which should stabilise the stock somewhat!!
All the cleaning up of accounts as mentioned many times on this board and all the conspiracy theories are nonsense, i.e. Mussers 2 million shares to him, to his wife e.t.c. this was purely a result of a very messy divorce, nothing else, she must be a happy bunny!!!
The other rumours I hear are that we will actually at long last get this CC at some point between next Monday the 7th through to Wednesday the 9th and other news announced at the same time, then only a week or so after that to Q1 results mid May.
I am not too bothered about this first quarter, the quarters that interest me are the 2nd Q`s onwards, at which time, we will start seeing proper results from EDS, GE, schools, these two new acquisitions and all the other bits and bobs that are going on in the background. It will be an interesting next few months, but one bit of news to come will help TKO out fantastically financially and that hopefully will be very soon as well. The revenues have to start ramping up quite sharply from Q2 results onwards for TKO to hit their $25 million target disregarding the 2 new acquistions, i.e. 25% to 35% for first half of 07 and then the big chunks coming in from July onwards. This $25 million is supposedly cautious, again ignoring the 2 recent acquisitions.
But back to today, up or down, who knows, I feel it will consolidate, i`d love to be wrong, but I do feel it has been a daytraders day yesterday and possibly a bit of short term profit taking today, again, I`m not too bothered as I feel just around the corner, the PPS will be going back up, I`ve not sold a share, albeit regret I didn`t, but I`ve never traded a stock, don`t have the time, I look long term and long term to me, TKO will turn out to be a very good stock and give excellent returns on my holdings.
