One thing of interest is to look at (and give credit to) the person (whose first contest it was) who did the best in each PSL contest. Since, I can't say that in a sentence that sounds intelligible....
In other words, Networm was #1 in PSL2, but was not in PSL1. So, obviously, he was Rookie Of The Contest (ROTC).
Here are the ROTC's for each of the contests after PSL1.
What I find quite fascinating is that every contest has had a Rookie in the top 5. That would have seemed highly improbable, but there it is. It's kind of like Nascar. I don't see how rookies (with all the support required) can end in the top-10, but they do.
In any event, anyone considering PSL who has not participated in PSL1-5 need not be intimidated. Simply apply the fundamental values that we adhere to and you should have a good shot a doing quite well.
