And as for Howard Hughes Promenade, it is a VERY nice place. I live in Manhattan Beach(listed in the news article), and I drive past it on the 405 almost weekly. Quite a nice new location. I believe there is a nice IMAX theater there, and some excellent shopping. I will check on it as time progresses for you guys and I will be sure to take pictures of the construction and the sign that says uWink coming soon =]. I will also plan to take note of peoples reactions. Now all we need is some franchise news!
