Well Sandy got what he wanted it seems, what will he do in return now? Here is the tricky part, first you set up the preferreds at .00015. But, the pps goes down to .0001 X .0002, so you figure anyone with half a brain would want to buy the common, why risk having your money stuck for 2yrs? So the question is, what were the preferreds really for? Could the buyout have anything to do with swaying the pps down instead?
