so, Counts 2-5 were thrown out today, but, we still have to respond to #1....What exactly do we have to do, and yes, I went to 3 lawyers yesterday already, and they said get a lawyer from Oklahoma (i reside in MO)...

What are people sending in to respond? I need to get mine sent off soon....

And, any advice i get will not be taken as "legal advice", i just need a direction to go
