And you are INcorrect, I do believe it matters how the NASD letter came to be public.......it matters at this juncture.......the only thing that matters if the 11 Items listed in that letter have been complied with to the satisfaction of the NASD.........
IS WHY DID A PERSON PRIVY TO THE DOCUMENT AND INQUIRY MAKE THAT DOCUMENT AND INQUIRY PUBLIC!!!!!!!!
every shareholder here is going to care who leaked that letter if it ends up NOT resulting in a stock HALT or further investigation by the NASD or SEC........the CONTENTS of that letter and the 11 ITEMS HAVE EVERYTHING to do with who made it public AS WE ALREADY KNOW IT WAS APRTY TO THE DOCUMENT AND INQUIRY WHO LEAKED IT! AND WHAT WAS THE MOTIVE?

opinions dont last forever in every case, eventually they are confirmed or denied, whats your limit? This is an opinion on this stock from you, i am asking for. it has been over a month now, in 8 days it would have been 2 months since berman spoke on the phone with nasd. these are the facts!
and the most curious of factS is the fact that someone privy to the inquiry leaked a confidential document and inquiry TO THE PUBLIC!
