how does janice find out this info
Is Pamela Thompson still licensed, after all of this?
Is there a link to the her state website that shows if this person is still a licensed CPA?

yes, but most of what you've learned came from weeks if not months of conversations with Pamela Thompson, a defendent in the "Pino Lawsuit". Much of what she told you was lies, and documents she sent you were forgeries, much like the share certificates that she and Pino forged.
Oh really? And you have proof of that? Needless to say, I saw those documents, and I disagree.
Oh yeah, and in what sense were the Pino certs "forged"? Sytner did give Mario a valid cert to copy, after all, along with instructions to "reissue the certs".
I'm afraid you've been drinking the KoolAid, Art. You never have managed to explain why Megas and the obviously dirty Sytner are joined at the hip.

"And here's a clue: I've probably forgotten more about BCIT's history than you're ever likely to learn."

The SEC has copies of all these, and it's interesting to note that in her conversations with you and others, she violated the stipulations of her settlement with the SEC, and she will still yet have to answer for that.
I think you jumped on the wrong horse in this race.
