Apparently TUBR acquired shoutwire.com, and then launched this video website, it seems that they are in a relationship with www.torrentspy.com because if you go on torrentspy.com it shows Tubearoo and Shoutwire in the front pages.
Shoutwire on its own is really the only major competitor to DIGG.com, and it seems that they are trying to compete with You tube with www.tubearoo.com.
Here is the interesting part: Torrentspy is one of the top websites on the internet, higher than any video site aside from youtube, the power behind this site is probably worth north 1 billion$.
I think there is a lot more upside from here.
