They for the last 3 days are updating all of the currency denomination pictures. When it comes back up we will see the new 1 dinar, 2 dinar, 5 dinar, 10 dinar, and 20 dinar notes. Those planes flying currency last week weren't sightseers. They are also loading all of the new PDF files explaining everything that is happening in regards to the ICI , payments, etc. You will also see that the new exchange rate is going to be about 17 cents.
