Buying shares right now is a great deal for converting to the preffered. With interest and conversion after 5 years it adds up to about .078 cent per share. That is 5 1/2 times your money at these prices. I personally am going to convert 25% of my holdings to the preferred. I estimate their is 810 million shares outstanding and another 1.1 billion held by people on the street. I think the float is about 450 to 500 million roughly. If management and the street just convert 25% of their shares we could in effect reduce the ooutstanding share count to 332 million. The float would be completely eliminated. This would cause an immediate short squeeze that would be monumental since their would be no shares in the float to even cover.
Converting shares to preffered is a great thing to at these prices and will help the rest of your other shares to be worth a lot more and will once and for all eliminate the shorts. Their will be a sort squeeze in this stock. Knowing these people are crooks, lets make it is painfull for them as possible.
