New to the board.
I had dnag for a while now, what I see is a trend
here.
No matter how many shares you have,
management will reverse split the shares.
My guess is that they do not want anyone having 60% or more
of voting power.
At these prices anyone can buy and become a major share holder in the company.
Think about it and get back to on your views.
My other concern,
Is this legall to do.
Does the SEC monitor such behavior
