NASCAR can invent cautions, NFl creates penalties and MLB creates Home Runs! I HATE Barry Bonds so I could care less. I was lucky enough to be the Braves Media Rep who walked Hank around to the different media outlets that wanted interviews on the 20th Anniversary of his record HR. The man was incredible to talk to and very polite as he answered the same questions over and over again. I grew up playing baseball and leading every league I ever played in in HR's so he was a huge idol of mine. When I realized it was just he and I sitting down to lunch, I couldn't believe my luck. Over lunch we talked about the racism he had to endure and the pure hell his life was during the stretch run. I could sense his mood changing as he spoke about it as it was very obvious the pain was still there so I changed the conversation. Talking baseball with a legend like Hank is a baseball fans dream come true!
He was the ultimate professional and it was a day I will never forget.

To have a cheater break his record would be wrong on so many levels that they had to do something. Selig is a spineless weasel but this move on his part sure is a step in the right direction. Long live the legend of Hank Aaron!
