It's not just you, Hockmir.
Until the company comes out from under their Cone of Silence, there are a lot of things that could be troublesome, still.
Remember, they haven't released any news for years, so we don't know if this latest news clears away all the problems, or not.
I've got an entry position that hopes that it does, but won't go in too deep until I learn more.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
