I am not questioning the importance of Chassman and the support just it is unusual to unload some many shares when the price is so low, regardless if she is a "financier" any smart business person would wait with all the potential. Still does not smell right....also unusal for a company in essense just give shares at no cost when getting a deal. The structuring of this deal from the start was not done properly. Pandy should of got someone who knows how to do this right....
