So.... shares that are worth a whopping 2 pennies today... will be worth $5 after this acquisition??

And this will be done without a reverse split??

So... MDFY investors are about to see their investments increase 250X???

And yet... MDFY itself continues to sell off shares today???

A couple months ago, I was a tiny shareholder in a small pink sheet stock. The CEO of that company assured me, in a public forum, that he was going to hand me $500,000 in unrestricted shares traded on the DAX. I was ecstatic.

Everything worked out exactly as he said!!
