I left a message for IR and just received a call back from Raj N. He is one supremely focused individual and very to the point. I enjoyed the 20+ minutes we spoke. Nothing earth shattering but worth repeating. Brief highlights:
- Company is executing and is shifting into the growth phase
- Everyone is working overtime to ensure success for the company and it's shareholders
- The founders benefit only if the shareholders benefit (~900M shares locked up)
- News is being delivered as it is received
- There is more business than NVMG can handle, thanks to the relationships built over the last 6+ years with the tribes
- This is not a stock for the impatient, it's not a get rich quick scheme. As the company executes the value will be unlocked.
- Some have been calling and leaving real nasty messages. Raj and Joe were really upset about that. They are in the business to build a real company that can survive over time. People need to have patience and understand that deeply affects the founders as they have all their sweat equity in the company.
- The company could have just milked the existing wells and be done with it, but have more strategic goals in mind and want to build a diversified corp.
- Share structure remains intact, there will be no need for dilution! The company is fully funded.
I come away from the call with a real sense of calm about this company and I'm looking forward to the unlocking of value over time. If I can think of other pertinent details I'll post a followup message.
Patience is the key, this company WILL deliver IMO. My money and I feel very secure at the moment. Good luck to us all.
