CEO of NSS(Nebraska Surgical Solutions)Adam Bock 402-403-0428, gave me a call to talk today :)))) We had some words, I was far more prepared for our conversation than he was, if you get the drift :)))
Basically the Deal w/WPRO & UMCC, in my mind is confirmed after that conversation, it's going to be Nebraska Surgical Solutions.
The CEO tried to tell me the Mark R wasn not thier guy and Vigerously denied knowing anything at the begining of our conversation, told him that my atty had compared the Nevada SOS filing to Mark E REntshcler and he started stuttering, he then asked how did you get your information, asked my full name, which I freely gave to him. Told him I have done my homework, asked him to google Nebraska Surgical Solutions Security offerings, the first doc to come up was one filed in NY during Dec 06 registering thier securites, he was vey suprized that I found that. I also mentioned the Nebrasks Angels who are backing thier financing, he replied we have enough financing, but then I asked how about someone like me not part of Nebraska Angels get to invest in his company! He slipped and said we have been working on going public, but then cought himself and reiterrated that they have enough financing.
Apparently he looked me up throught my IHUB profile. He first contacted Bob Z. with IHUB trying to find me. So the alarms are out!
My thoughts are that Nebraska Surgical is definitely doing a reverse merger with WPRO or UMCC
