Sorry Badge... Medify has to do this... (of course, this is just my supposition)... but I suspect they came to the conclusion that issuing more 504s would soon send the PPS into sub-penny... and from there the constant sale of shares needed to run ops would only accelerate and hopelessly dilute the company.

Ian's acknowledgement that MedifyRemote was not going to produce revenues in 2007, while not welcome news, was at least a breath of fresh air in terms of honesty.
