I have to disagree on a certain point jazz.

BOD is properly motivated, similarly to you and I, only more so, to see the stock price grow.

Nothing motivates like having money out of your pocket at risk. Except for Swartz and a small token investment by Waltz and King none of the shares cost the rest of the board any money out of pocket. I don't call that similar to what the rest of us investors have at risk. We put up cash. A bunch of their options are currently priced below market and they don't exercise them.
