If i contact that $500 lawyer to clear my name in this case, who do i go after to get my $1000 back (Jt account, received 2 summons)? I have done nothing wrong, and was falsely accused of fraud--i did the same thing here, i've done over a hundred times before, that is, placed a trade with Ameritrade online to received a service of purchasing a security...

What an ugly situation!!!
