I understand that some people choose to take a two week holiday in Russia during this time, but why would the company close down for two weeks if there was a real deal on the table and if they were truly in serious negotiations to sell the company??? It seems like they would want to stick around and close the deal instead of closing shop and disappearing for two weeks. I can't imagine responsible management doing something like this. Sounds pretty irresponsible if this is the case.
