The good news for us is that Spooz is reporting and lit up on the Pink Sheets now...at least we know what activities our company is involved in...

and it also means that Spooz is progressing towards going to OTC:BB with all of these filings...when the audits are complete it won't take much to apply to OTC:BB, after that, especially with that 187 page disclosure already completed.

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
