with all due respect... I have not ask gn to tell us ... what I have said , is if he has knowledge of nonpublic info as it "seemed" he did then that is not right and should be disclosed.... as to dd.... all we can legally know is what pr's tell us... a company spokesman or woman, cannot tell anyone calling or emailing the company anything legally that is not public information and if that is the case then they are illegal and could face action.... in my opinion.... so dd is overrated to say the least.... I am wondering with the rapid fire purchases of all those little gems of companys , how anyone with as small a staff as our little gem could possibly do proper dd on those companys they purchased... only companys with big time peeps on the payroll such as GE or Mfst could buy that many companys in such a short period of time with so many unrelated fields without some kind of problems in my opinion..... who knows though, but I am sure they did their dd though.... in my opinion...
