I understand from your correspondence that you have concerns regarding the validity of the Bancorp International Group (BCIT) shares you purchased or currently hold in your account.
As is the standard practice with orders placed through TD AMERITRADE, we routed your order for BCIT to an independent market center for execution. Our records indicate that delivery for BCIT shares was made to TD AMERITRADE upon trade settlement. Please note the BCIT shares currently held in your account are registered in street name with you listed as the beneficial owner, in the same manner as would normally be done with equity purchases. Based upon the foregoing and the transfer agent?s delivery of the shares, we believe that the shares of BCIT which you purchased via the open market are valid.
