It's good is that the web cast announcement has put some life back into the stock. Many seem to think the purpose is to announce a really huge deal. The movement has brought some traders back as well.

However since many have very expectations the web cast, there could be major disappointment if the real purpose really is to soften the blow of the S-3 (even worse if they register more than the 19.5 million shares already expected).

If the S-3 is the purpose, then management has really set shareholders up for a major disappointment by not being transparent. Clearly, whatever else they talk about they'll have to mention the S-3.

IMO they should have discussed the pending S-3 at the annual shareholders' meeting. However, they always try to make it a pep rally instead of a review of both the good and the bad.
