B: AuGRID Secures Intellectual Property to Advance Plasma Displays

CLEVELAND, Dec 12, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AuGRID Corporation (OTCBB:AGRD) has
completed the acquisition process of an intellectual property that will
revolutionize the manufacturing of plasma panels. The benefits include but are
not limited to extended glass plasma life, zero burn-in and rapidly adaptive
properties that allow for both low and high atmosphere changes.

Initially, this technology will be utilized in Optipure's current line of
plasmas with the intention to license the technology to major Asian
manufacturers.

This intellectual property will spawn seven new products that impact the
operational values as well as minimum and maximum tolerances of all video
displays. Additionally, the application will greatly reduce the current problems
experienced by manufacturers of OLED and will bring about the rebirth of the FED
(Field Emission Displays).

acquire certain intellectual property that belonged to Pixtech Corporation,"
