The lawyers in OK communicated to my lawyer that if I sign a disclaimer, that they will happily mail me, I will be dropped from the suit. They also advised that if I provide them with proof of bonifide certs they will drop the case. Funny thing is this...they need to provide the proof not me.
I am responding 'Denied' on all counts and for them to show proof. Nothing more than that at this time.
