I know that Garr Winters said that it was important to constantly release prs to stabilize the pps.If he recognized this before then why has he changed his strategy?If he was not convinced of this before surely these past couple of weeks have confirmed what he believed.Personally I perfer to hear what they are doing and what they are thinking even if it is not major news.
