Form T: Broker(or MM)A has a large client order to buy (or sell) a million shares. He cant do this in one trade, so he makes smaller trades throuhgout the day at different prices within a range. After the bell closes he tallies all the shares he has bought (or sold) in his account and trades them from his account to the client account in one huge trade at the BASIS he figured out after the day close using a form T. Sound OK? So are those buys or sells???????? Hmmmmmmmmm.
