Everyone who is interested in this stock cant figure out why the stock is so low with a .55 buyout? They think something fishy going on. We know that if the deal doesnt go thru the stock price will drop period. Thats why the stock price is low. You are taking a risk if you buy into this stock now, but on the other hand MM will imediately up the price when buy out is announced and deal is signed.
