maybe? the replies to this court are affadavits? if someone lies in their response? they are guilty of something more than a traffic violation since the claim amount is higher?

maybe Meagas needs the Judge to have more impact in her ruling ability?


maybe Megas has no intention of trying to sue innocent people, but has no other way of separating the wheat form the chaff...

Janice i understand why you are so pessimistic about stock CEO's...

a significant amount of the problems in the market can be traced to them...

but there are other causes and problems too...

this issue you mention about Megas's lawyers being less competent than you are when it comes to declaratory judgments is kinda silly dontcha think?
