E-Trade Level 2 Ouote News on RRGI shows that Some shareholders have been Filing Form 144 In which they have been registering blocks of restricted shares to sell!
I,m not really sure but I guess they need to sell to cover taxes from income from the restricted shares they own!
In the last 3 weeks I saw at least 4 or 5 Million Shares registered from 4 different shareholders.If you would like to see this,If you have E Trade go on level 2 quotes and hit news and punch in RRGI!Check this out!I think thats what has been going on the last week or so.
