Tell me this ,What does Sandy have to gain by diluting when a deal may be on the table that will make him rich beyond his dreams.Why? whats the usual reason for dilution?To make money for the company. If this windfall is about to happen why dillute? Besides we are just talking about 3 million shares of BCO and not BKMP.
