Gee, maybe the T/A was gagged right around Katrina. PBLS sold almost everything into the run and had to cover the tracks but at the same time they got the CASH they needed to FIX a lot of crap and make some buys.

Hmmm, one day a storm comes along and you find yourself with an opertunity to run a real company and not some POS that has drifted for decades.......
