You must admit avdave that company plans can and do change.

To call anothers speculation incorrect is just a bit disingenuous regarding any speculation, yours included.

The buyback hasn't been announced officially. To make definitive assertions based upon that is foolhardy.

Today's trades could be dilution or short covering. That speculation is fairly easy to substantiate.
