LOL @ Billion Boxes!!! Well Kid, the reason she doesn't sell homes in the rain is because the homes/trailers that she's listed leak when it rains. But you're correct, good realtors will sell homes in any weather. Maybe DI and her can pool their $$ and pick up some AAPU before it starts it's inevitable rise!!
