I don't think it is halted. All the recent sales when the T.A. was not working for QBID have to be entered. None of those could change hands 100% without a transfer agent changing ownership.

I think they were counterfeit, representing something they could not be. CERTS! The real Mcoy, the golden ring the true trading float.

Individual traders must understand there are two possible sources to watch for. The company and the market.

To the company: WHERE ARE THE ASSETS? What did you do with the money?

To the market: How can you trade with no T.A.? Why are certificates now not accepted in most Canadian brokers?
Have you heard of NSS? Stockgate? Phantom Shares? Naked shorting? How will you protect investors and new public companies?
