boy, I hope that isn't in the cards.... one thing you would create in your option you picked that could become a real big problem.... because of doing that the stock could be broke forwever.... word of misdeeds of management gets out now fast as to shareholders getting screwed... internet and such.... this would in my opinion put a perment scar on the company and forgo any possible "TRUST" in the future.... I would bet that the value would in fact plummet for a long long long time and possibly never recover any future real value.... regardless of pr's and numbers.... trust is so important in the markets and a broken stock is a broken stock once trust is gone.... I have seen this way too many times in other stocks were management sucks peeps in with pr's and promisses only to reverse course and kill the shareholders... a reverse split no matter how it seems to look on paper , in the real world it kills a stock for ever in my opinion....
