Mary - many here don't understand that as shareholders you have equity in the company. This is really disturbing! Here is a company that has only thousands of dollars on hand as we know. They are now going to come into millions but we are going to walk away broke? Lawsuit City!!! The only problem I can see is if they the buyer or BCO don't disclose the sale amount. That could be a problem initially, but the figure would have to show up on the buyers financials which should be obtainable.
