CALYPSO WIRELESS --- SCAM ?
For those unfortunate folks
who have found their way
to this board . . .
You should all know that this
Co. is still run by a group of
Latin Americans - who know
EXACTLY - what they are doing !
It Is A Pretty Bad Deal For All !!!
Most on this board will even call it a
S C A M !... In reality, there is no
business model and it is run by a
legally questionable management !
The stock went from ~0.50 cents
to over $6, and then all the way
down to 0.021 cents !... I was in
it back then and got out when
it was clear they were worse
than clueless !
The company is pretending that it has recently been taken
over by a new leadership in Christian Turrini, the so-called
new CEO, and has a whole different business model !
BUT - THIS - IS - NOT - TRUE - IMO - !!!
This person has been with the company since 2005 !
And was put in place by the same people that have
been running this company since the beginning !
The old model was to build and sell phones using the CLYW
ASNAP technology, and to license this technology with it !
The management never intended to follow through and frankly ,
according to rumors, did some "Brother In Law Deals"
that never showed up !
THE NEW BUSINESS MODEL THAT THEY NOW CLAIM
IS NOT REALLY A NEW BUSINESS MODEL AT ALL ! ! !
They have always claimed to license ASNAP !... As well as
manufacture phones !... But since they couldn't produce a
product of their own, they have instead milked that strategy
to fruition. So they have long since dropped that part of the
S C A M - for good !...
And Have Let Some Time Laps While Deleting All
Of Their Previous History, Like False PR's, etc. ,
And To Set-Up The Next Phase Of Their - S C A M !
... And are now going to make a run at milking the
licensing aspect of this - S C A M !
If you want to do DD on the company, you won't find much
good in the old filings & news because they have been
deliberately deleted. If you are a serious investor you
should not even be on this board !... If you want, call
Mr. Turrini himself and ask all the questions you want !
He will surely act busy and will pretend to be very open
and honest, but he can not be trusted. Read the shareholder
letter issued a few weeks ago and see how they still pretend
and make stuff up !
They May - F A K E - A Licensing Deal In The Near Future !!!
The old management did not turn down any licensing
deals because they never had any offers to begin with !
I Fully Expect This Stock
To Be Absolutely Worthless
In No Time At All !!!
