Great info, 2c & justifies why the board should refuse this last counteroffer IMO.

Someone knows what the production figures are & it's not being disclosed. I think they buyer would prefer it this way because shareholders would surely balk at giving the company away for .55/share when they are ready to produce big-time revenues.
